Bussin' My Balls: Recipe for our Italian seasoning!

Bussin’ My Balls

Introduction:

Get ready to have your taste buds rocked by these juicy, flavorful meatballs! Whether you're throwing them in a sub, drowning them in sauce, or just popping them straight into your mouth like a champion, these bad boys are guaranteed to be a hit. So, go ahead—Buss our balls!

Ingredients:

2.5 lbs ground beef (90/10)

¼ cup Bussin Rubs Italian seasoning (the secret weapon)

2 cups bread crumbs (soak up all that flavor)

2 of the largest eggs you can find

¼ cup whole milk (for that tender, juicy texture)

1 tbsp olive oil (fancy, right?)

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or however you spell it)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper—because scrubbing burnt bits is for suckers.

2. In a large bowl, toss in the beef and all the other ingredients like a meat magician.

3. Mix it up real good—get in there with your hands, don’t be shy!

4. Roll into 2-inch meatballs (because size matters).

5. Place them on the baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and let them chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours (patience, my friend).

6. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 30-45 minutes—or until they hit an internal temp of 165°F (we like ‘em safe, not sorry).

7. Enjoy these balls however you like—on a sammie, in sauce, or straight-up caveman style.

Final Thought:

We made these balls for you—so come on, Buss our balls!

TACO' The Town Tacos

Taco’ the Town Tacos

Made with Taco’ Bout Good Bussin Rub Seasoning

Ingredients

For the Meat:

  • 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef or turkey (your choice—no      judgment here!)
  • ¼ cup Taco’ Bout Good Bussin Rub Seasoning
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon oil (your choice)

For the Tacos:

  • 1 pack white corn tortillas (or flour—live your      best taco life!)

Toppings:

  • ½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large white onion, diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 medium jalapeños, sliced thin (optional—if you      like it hot!)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 limes, cut into wedges

Instructions

1. Cook the Meat

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high     heat. Add a small amount of oil.
  2. Add the ground beef or turkey and cook, breaking it      apart, until fully browned (no pink for beef; cook poultry to 165°F).
  3. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.

2. Build the Flavor

  1. In the same pan, add the diced onion and sauté      for about 1 minute, until translucent.
  2. Return the meat to the pan, then add ¼ cup of      Taco’ Bout Good seasoning and mix well.
  3. Pour in ¼ cup of water, lower the heat to a simmer,      and cook for 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
  4. Cover with a lid and keep warm.

3. Heat the Tortillas (Two Ways!)

Soft Tacos:

  • Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until      pliable.

Crunchy Tacos:

  • In a separate pan, heat a shallow amount of vegetable      oil (not olive oil—it’ll smoke!).
  • Once hot, carefully place a tortilla in the oil and      use metal tongs to fold it in half as it fries.
  • Cook until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.

4. Assemble & Enjoy

  1. Fill each tortilla with seasoned meat, then add cheese      first (so it melts!).
  2. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños,      cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
  3. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and dig      in.

Be the Taco’ the Town this Tuesday (or any day)! 🌮
